You can be Jewish and Christian according to the rules of Christianity, not 
Judaism. 
      
      Yes, but not the rules of Jewishness (as opposed to Judaism).  :-)
      

  You can also be Christian and Buddhist (it helps to be Unitarian, or Tina 
Turner).  I've known Sufis who don't identify as Muslim.
