As I thought about the use of the tag phrase "eh?" by many Canadians, I thought back to the use of a similar tag phrase used in Wisconsin (at least when I was spending a fair amount of time in that state). At the end of a declarative statement, they would add "and so?" which essentially meant, "don't you agree with me?" and so?
