At a restaurant where i dj,I observe that the Russian staff females were hardly obese and they were well figured.I asked those women about that and they said that Russian women do not eat big meals as their American counterpart.They said that in Russia it is cusomary to eat about six small portioned meals throughout the day. One told me that Russian women have smaller stomachs than their counterparts in the West.
