Blind people who at times depend on traffic noise to give them a sense of
direction are complaining about those
environmentally friendly hybrid automobiles. They say that those cars are too
quiet and cause them to be confused
when crossing. It is being recommended by the Division of Blind Services that
those cars be made to generate more noise.
