- Make Friday the dress down day for all faculty and staff  in your 
department
-when students come to you with a complaint ask them tf they have discuss 
the issue with the faculty member
- once a year give a party with Bruce (the boss) Springsteen music
- recommend that all your faculty and staff get a 30% raise to pay for gas
