Spring Hill College, a Jesuit, Catholic liberal arts institution, invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 2009. We seek applicants who are strongly committed to excellence in teaching and have the ability and willingness to direct undergraduate research. Candidates with an interest in diverse or underserved populations will be given special attention. An earned doctorate in Psychology is preferred although ABD candidates may be considered. The qualified candidate should have the ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: *Clinical/Counseling,** Developmental*, and/or *Social*. Specific teaching duties will be dependent on area(s) of expertise but will likely also include General Psychology and other courses based on the needs of the department. The normal teaching load is 4/4; however, opportunities for course releases are available.
