Mike,

I have reviewed my notes and the Manning et al., article that appeared  
in the American Psychologist and I would not characterize this article  
as having "...based much of their analysis on one Internet site, 
www.kewgardenshistory.com 
." as you say.   They cite a variety of sources in their article (over  
65 in the references).  However, I am certainly open to making sure  
that the information in my podcast is correct.  I'll take a look at  
the Skoller book and contact the author to see if he'd be interested  
in an interview.
