Thanks to everyone who replied. The website is as precise as the flyer I got in the mail but it's not very precise at all. "New guidelines for tables and figures" is pretty vague :( I know they were updating how to do online reference citations and references but that was already available at the website. I guess I'll just have to wait and see it in July.
