Interesting in that I have welcomed the self-check-out and use it whenever 
possible, even it means it'll take me longer to check myself out. I always 
think I do it better and make sure things ring up like they are supposed to and 
that I DEFINITELY bag my own stuff a lot better :)

As for the Apple store thing, I've experienced that as well and chalk it off to 
script theory.
