Are the 100 listed in errata anywhere? I think they should send a corrected 
edition to everyone who has already bought one (don't think that I am 
delusional enough to expect one). I am glad I didn't require the publication 
manual for any of my classes this semester.

I think the sample paper is totally useless. I think it would actually be best 
if they didn't have a sample paper in print but, instead, included one on their 
website that could be downloaded as a template. As the inevitable mistakes were 
discovered, it could then be corrected.
