Maybe they will change the sample paper again but the one online shows it with the words "Running head" in the header preceding the running head (all caps) on the title page. The words "Running head" don't appear on subsequent pages. I think they are making up some of this as they go. I would feel bad making this many corrections to my syllabus during the course of a semester.
