Re: Sensory registers and non-foveal vision

In regard to the discussion of Sperling's study, does anyone know what
ever became of him? The study is such a classic in cognitive psychology,
but I have never seen his name mentioned anywhere else. (Of course, this
could be due to the fact that I am not a cognitive psychologist.) Th reason
I ask is that, when talking about the study, I have never been able to
tell students what he did in later years.
