Folks,

Couple of points.

1.      APA used to (may still) publish the names of people involved in ethics
        issues and removed from membership. I'm not volunteering to look
        it up, but it should be public record.

2.      I've lost (thrown away?) my earliest APA Directory and I can't
        guess at the time line mentioned, but she is not in the 1973
        Directory.
