international students

It is my observation that international students are usually the last
ones to finish during exam periods.
Occasionally,I have to tell them to be cognizant of time remaining.
I have occasionally have them follow me to my office and give them
extra time to finish.
Just curious as to how other tipsters react to those type of situations.
Do you strictly enforce the time limit to complete the exams?
