I am looking to reorganize my group dynamics course and am looking at my secondary text (primary text is Forsyth's "Group Dynamics"). I need one that represents the applied portions of the field i.e. small group discussion and counseling. One text I came across is Grilhart and Galanes' "Effective Group Discussion" 9th edition.
