Let me second this one, a very big thumbs up - very readable, applicable
examples. He talks about waiters, car salespeople, door to door sales...
After I read it for a class I had my boyfriend read it and he found it
useful at work. Also he attended a seminar and recognized that the entire
content was lifted from Cialdini!
A side note - when I first read this I was curious if the author had a
website. When I searched on his name, the first site that came up was a
porno 'how to get girls' site - but there was a lengthy text explanation of
the techniques, and Cialdini was cited!
That I know of, Cialdini does not have a web site.
