Weiten or Wood&Wood

[Mark Eastman]

I am in a dilemma over the selection of a text for my intro to psych.
course for the fall semester.  The candidates have been narrowed down to
Wood and Wood's The Essential World of Psychology 2nd edition, and Wayne
Weiten's Themes and Variations in Psychology (Briefer Version) 4th
edition.  Both seem well written, but I am leaning toward Weiten.
I am looking for any feedback regarding these texts.
