Hi tipsters. I'm looking into scanners for scoring multiple choice exams. Our Psychology 100 course has multiple sections of about 65 students so we need a scanner that can handle moderately high volume but will not be in use more than about once a month. We want to scan exams, send the data to a PC, calculate summary statistics such as grade distributions, and also do some item analysis. I'd appreciate recommendations for both the scanner and the software package.
