On an in-flight magazine (do with this what you will), I recall reading
that if you're going to nap (on a plane, in this case), keep it under
30-45 minutes or over 90-120 minutes.  Waking up in the 45-90 minute
time frame can make one feel groggy.  I believe their explanation had to
do with where you were in the sleep cycle upon waking... I think... ???
