I did this last semester, and also gave extra credit to anyone whose question I used. Better motivation to compose a better question. Students liked it a lot. (I didn't go over the questions in class before the test however, so the argument could be made that the student whose question I used got double credit - extra from me for use of the question, as well as prior knowledge of a test question. Well, all the more reason to try extra hard.
