 If music is correlated with mathematical ability,and African-Americans
share a musical environment,then why is it that the mathematical scores
are usually below the average?
One could argue that maybe there ought to be a switch from Hip Hop,Rap
and R&B at the early ages to Classical.

 And how about Jazz?
