I'd say no. The grade you submit is supposed to 
represent your course, and your evaluation of the 
student. Honor the add/drop deadline. If you do this for 
one student, you are obligated to do it for others, and 
then life gets needlessly complicated. Finally, in the 
case of a grade dispute, it'll get messy.
