I'll be sure to tell Sandy you found the article helpful. Our Academic VP
(Austin Doherty) and Milt Hakel (APS Editor-in-Chief) were pretty excited
about it.

I'd be more than happy to answer any questions about my experience within
the model, or to clarify the details. I consider myself fairly cynical in
general, but after 13 years, I'm definitely still a fan of the way things
work around here.
If anyone's interested (and this doesn't sound too much like an
advertisement...), we also have a couple of summer workshops for faculty
interested in this stuff. They look like a lot of fun.
