 Conditioned aversive stimuli?
 How about the myriad positive stimili parents present to children
 during their lifetime.
It could be a factor in the initiation,maintenance of respect and order.
Murray Sidman? last time I read that dude was in the 70s at Wichita
Statue-the book was Tactics in Scientific Research.
