Jeff,

Perhaps the first part of your award has merit, but the second, "special
recognition" for not using a filter, strikes me as a lot like giving an
award for encouraging stupidity.

Subject: TIPS Awards

To me, the only award that makes sense any longer would be the "TIPS
Perseverance Awards," to be given to the TIPSters who have the longest
continuous involvement with TIPS (which means, not going to NOMAIL or
UNSUBSCRIBE) since its inception. Special recognition would go to those who
don't use any filter option when receiving their mail.

How about it TIPSters? Who are the longest, continuous TIPS members? The
prize
will be a chance to swat on the keester the TIPSter of your choice!!
