I have written a book that covers:
a) Energy enhancement through sleep, exercise, and nutrition
b) Stress management: psychophysiological relaxation/organization
methods
c) How to achieve happiness through meaningful work and relationships

1. What other books are similar?
2. Would such a book be useful in courses on "Life Optimization"?
3. Is anyone teaching a course covering these topics in an integrated
fashion?
