Jim et al.,

Thanks for your constructive comments.  Generally, I think you make excellent 
points and I am open to considering this idea.  In particular, forming some 
type of advisory board would be welcomed and help relieve me of making these
decisions alone based on my perception and might make it more likely that TIPS 
could receive some type of ongoing financial support as you suggest.  If there 
is enough interest I will move the discussion on how to do this to another 
listserver for anyone who wishes to be part of the discussion.
