The Department of Psychology, Minnesota State University, Mankato invites
applications for two tenure track Assistant Professor appointments
beginning August, 2000.

The positions are in: _Biopsychology_, Ph.D. in psychology with training in
biopsychology-neuroscience required. Gerontology emphasis desirable.
Teaching responsibilities include: biopsychology, neuropsychology , general
psychology and possible other courses such as drugs and behavior, history
of psychology and psychology of aging. Requires evidence of high quality
teaching and advising at undergraduate and graduate levels,and development
of a research program involving students. Familiarity with new technologies

_Cross Cultural / Multiethnic Psychology_,Ph.D. in psychology with evidence
of background in cross cultural  and/or multicultural perspectives.
Teaching responsibilities include: cross cultural psychology, personality,
general psychology and possible other courses such as history of psychology
and in area of interest. Requires evidence of high quality teaching and
advising at undergraduate and graduate levels, and development of a
research program involving students. Familiarity with new technologies
