Minnesota State University, Mankato, Department of Psychology, invites
applications for two tenure track Assistant Professor appointments
beginning August 2001. The positions are in:
 Industrial/Organizational or Human Factors, Ph.D. in I/O psychology or
closely related field required. We are interested in applicants who will
teach in our Master's program in I/O Psychology. Areas may include:
employee training, human factors, selection, performance evaluation,
leadership, minority issues and/or psychometrics. Teaching load will also
include introductory psychology. This position requires development of a
research program and supervision of graduate students. Familiarity with
applications of technology to higher education is helpful. For a complete

 Applied Psychology, Ph.D. from a psychology department with specialized
training in an applied area of psychology. Requires teaching introductory
psychology and courses such as performance enhancement, sports psychology
or applications of learning principles. Other duties include developing
materials and procedures for on-line instruction, a research program
involving students and undergraduate and graduate advising.  Willingness to
teach in areas of planning careers in psychology and/or gerontology
