I know that, Bill.  (I've taught I/O.)  But I think it says something about
how far we *haven't* come that people, especially business executives and HR
departments, still think the MMPI is a valid tool to determine hiring and
appropriate placing of employees.  Frankly, I think some of the methods in
Pups and Puzzles were probably more realistic.
