It is not heavy on facts or theories (it does show some scans) but it does provide a real life example of someone showing what life is like when the last 40 some years are totally gone from your memory. You may or may not be surprised to find that it appears to be harder on those around you than it is on you just because you don't have a memory of what you have lost.
