There is a new approach to shedding off those pounds.It is being recommended to 
immerse in a bath tub with very cold water,to walk with minimal cloth in very 
cold  snowy temperatures.The rationale  is that the body will burn calories in 
a delicate balancing(no pun intended) act to maintain optimum body 
temperature.One proponent of this idea for weight loss has shed 30 pounds while 
doing this.
CAUTION: do not try this in Winnipeg.
