Oh dear. I'm so sorry and I apologize to all. I had no idea it was so big. Gmail just inserts attachments into the body of the email if they're photos. (I selected "attach a file" and a photo just opens within the email.) I'll try to figure out how large the attachment is in the future.
I chose it from the CD that comes with the text which allows you to import all the photos used in the textbook.
