Must be Canada's day on US television. On the most recent episode of the law drama "The Good Wife", one character, who I believe is supposed to be Canadian, tries to tempt his girlfriend by telling her that they could move to Montreal and have free health care. How could one resist! As for "House", Dr. Wilson graduated from McGill University (as I did), and was seen at least once wearing a McGill sweatshirt. "James McGill, James McGill He's our father Oh yes rather.." (and I can't remember the rest) James McGill was the fur trader who founded the university.
