Tell your friend that s/he should be ordering sweet tea if s/he lives in the South. And s/he needs to add 4 or 5 extra packets of sugar to the gulp since McDs doesn't make true Southern sweet tea. It's true sweet tea only if you can feel your blood sugar rising after the first sip.
