Someone who's worked with them?
These appear to be domestic albino lab rats; a very different beast from wild 
rats (like a cocker spaniel is to a wolf).
Most of the aggressiveness has been bred out of them.
We had a hooded domestic rat as a pet for my son when he was about two years 
old.
