FYI: in my latest episode I cover test reliability.  In particular:  
test/re-test, alternate form and split/half.  I used Marianne Miserandino's fun 
article on the "Ice Cream personality test":

Reliability Via the Ice Cream Personality Test." Teaching Psychology. 33(4),

Also, I used an interesting non-psychology test called the Distorted Tunes test 
created by the National institute on deafness and Other Communication Disorders:

I think this test makes a good starting point to discuss testing because 
despite the fact that it wasn't created by psychologists, it measures an 
ability that resides somewhere in the brain and I think students can without 
too much trouble apply the ideas of reliability and validity to this test.  
After discussing the Distorted Tunes test you can move over to more established 
psychological tests (I used a test on achievement motivation).
