The July issue of Consumer Reports (should be on your newsstand, the one with a focus on Kitchens on the cover) does a short review of various tablet devices. One Android device (Google Nexus 10) is rated at the top with the iPad. Just below, probably not statistically significantly so, is the Windows Asus VivoTab RT TF600T and Android Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. For smaller tablets, the iPad mini is the best according to CU.
