Is NYU catching much of this? He seems to have caused a virtual uproar at UNM. 
The psychology department chair has posted a "response" and clarification and 
they've announced, with expected lack of clarity, an "investigation of the 
matter".

WOW!  Talk about displaying "gratuitous nastiness!" ;-)

But before someone makes hay of the fact that this guy is associated with
that den of nastiness, NYU, allow me to point out that he is only a visiting
professor for the spring and summer 2013 (I hasten to point out that his
appointment is at the STERN school of business which is also home to
"Dr. Doom" Nouriel Roubini; for those unfamiliar with Dr. D, see:
