Paul, eulogy:  " a commendatory oration or writing especially in honor of one 
deceased."  Webster doesn't say a thing about religion, funeral service, or 
even that death is required.  So, I'll just say that if the word "eulogy" 
really disturbs you as it doesn't me, substitute it with "retirement," and 
we'll be done.
