Hello Tipsters:
Although we have gone through the retention, tenure, and promotion
process with our current outside chair, we now are told that we are not
following the best practices for RTP. If you have links or documents
regarding these best practices, I would appreciate receiving the
information.
In the meantime, I hope you are on holiday break (we still have classes
going today).
