phenomena
and
Warren Buffet's offer of i billion dollars award to anyone who gets
all 64 brackets' winners for March madness.
It would appear that statistical probability favors the former.
Just curious,what if there are two or three winners for March madness,do each
get a billion or will they have to split the billion?
