Hello, all!

One of my former students has been approached by another unit on campus for
help working with SPSS. Rather than offer her an amount for the work, they
asked what she thinks she ought to be paid. She came to me to ask what a
reasonable amount would be. It has been a long time since I got paid for doing
SPSS consulting (and I was doing it for fellow grad students, so I just went
for beer money), so I’m not sure what to tell her. Any thoughts or
recommendations?

Thanks, everyone.

Larry
