I never have to wait 5 1- 10 minutes. It is done usually under 30 seconds.

they can keep it. I was so glad to get rid of my
TiVo when I went with Comcast. With the 6412 no more
5-10 min "Please Wait" screens when reorging SP's in fact
NO "Please Wait" screen at all anywhere, no picture in
the guide when your looking for things to record, no clunky
drawing of the guides, etc... No ability to change fonts,
sizes, colors so many features TiVo lacks.
