I'm going from Dishnetwork to the local phone company. They offer video over DSL but no DVR. The TIVO should take care of that nicely. After using the Dish DVR I can't go back to regular TV. I'd sooner throw the TV out! I was hoping to find a way to make this work. With the phone company I get more channels and triple the DSL speed I had for less money. And it's a COOP so every year I get a partial refund from all I paid them. And after 10 years I get 90-100 percent back from what I paid in. It's called capital credits. Yikes what a deal!
