We have a Philips DVR (160 gig) Tivo that is having a problem. When you are watching a recorded show or live tv and hit the Tivo button to go to the Tivo Central Screen the background on the Tivo Central Screen is not there and the show (or live tv) just continues to play behind it. Then you cannot get out of that screen unless you go back and re-select what you were watching or select live tv again.
Has anyone seen a solution to this problem or have any idea what to do? I called Tivo and they said they haven't heard of it and told us to call Philips. They want $20 just so we can talk with a live person! (what a rip) Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!! Chris ------------------------ Yahoo!
