Noticed that it has an Ethernet jack and no USB port. How do you connect it
to your wireless network if it's in the other room? Tivo connects via
wireless USB network adapter - very straightforward. With Sling it appears
you need to have the router next to the Sling box and have it hardwired into
the router? Is this how it works? Otherwise, you'll have to have the cable
going all the way across the house or drill in the walls/floor to stretch
the cable in the basement ceiling to the router room location and then drill
a hole again? Or is there another way - like a wireless Ethernet adapter?

Also, can two people watch the same show via Sling on PC? Or is it only for
one person viewing on PC and the other on TV only?

Also, is it possible to wire one Sling to control both TV and Satellite
receiver or you'll need two Slings for that?

Seems that Sling accomplishes more in terms of flexibility of viewing the
Tivo programming guide than Yahoo and VZ mobile scheduling service. I'd say
that $200 spent on it will be worth it as it's basically giving you a TiVo
remote on your PC.

Sincerely,
