A good website to check the status of your rebate is www.rebateshq.com. If you don't have your tracking number handy, you can still check on the status. It only asks for first and last name and zip code.

Hi,
I bought 3 TiVo's over the course of three months (Nov, Dec, & Jan). They
were from Costco, Best Buy, and Target. I sent in the rebates within about
a week of buying the DVR. Although it took every bit of 8 weeks (maybe
more) to get the rebate, I eventually got all three. It does pay to contact
TiVo to find out the status of your rebate. You can do it online if you
have the tracking number, but person to person seem to work the best.
