I went to www.rebateshq.com and found 3 rebates listed. One for a
wireless NIC I bought with the first tivo and the 2 tivo's. The site
stated that my rebate had been rejected. I searched around on the
tivo site until I found a phone number to check on the rebate,
"To speak to a customer service representative call 1-888-641-4128"
Calling there I was able to get the rebate reinstated ( but I still
have to wait another 10 to 12 weeks ). Tivo seems to have had more
than one $150 offer rebates so mine was classified as "out side of
purchace date" when I submitted the two refunds.
