You definitely want to wait for the Comcast TiVo box. The MS powered
Comcast DVR is pretty much worthless when compared to a TiVo. The remote
controls ability to control the Comcast DVR is really bad.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Just had the satellite guy out to replace my
DirecTV dish (storm damage) and I casually asked him if I could get HD. He
said no, too many trees, and I'm lucky I got the one satellite.

Much as I loathe Comcast, they're my only choice for HD. TiVo would be the
decider.

Once again TIVO is missing the boat.

Not a single peep from TIVO OR COMCAST since that fatefull press
announcement.
